“Sometimes, you need somebody to grab both of your hands, look you deeply in the eyes, and remind you that you’re worth the investment – not because you are perfect, or because you’ve fulfilled your potential, but because of who you are.

You need somebody who will pull you close and wipe the tears off your cheeks. Somebody who will allow you to unravel without judgement. Somebody you can trust with all of your self-defeating thoughts and inconvenient truths.

You need somebody who knows what you’re capable of. You need somebody who will love the version of you that is fighting to survive just as deeply as they love the version of you that is ready to conquer the world.

You need somebody to squeeze you tightly and remind you of how far you’ve already come.  You need somebody who understands how hard you fought to get here.”

– Michell C. Clark, Eyes on the Road

What's my investment?

We offer simple pay-as-you-go coaching sessions. If you are working within a budget, please reach out ahead of time so we can discuss options that may be available to you.

What's the value in coaching?

Tangible ROI

  • Less time on busywork – get off the hamster wheel and stop spinning on projects that go nowhere.
  • More profit – like planting focused seeds with clear goals and actionable plans that actually grow your bottom line.
  • Prevent burnout – stop running on empty by creating boundaries that fuel your energy, not drain it.
  • More quality time – swap late nights at your desk for intentional time with family and friends (the moments that matter).
  • Clarity and direction – like cleaning a foggy windshield so you can see where you’re headed and move with confidence.

Intangible ROI

  • Happiness & joy – rediscover the spark that makes life (and work) feel lighter and brighter.
  • Renewed energy – no longer running on fumes but fueled by purpose and excitement.
  • Moving forward in your faith – like stepping onto solid ground, trusting the next step will appear.
  • Leading with your heart – show up authentically and connect with what truly matters.
  • Freedom – break free from the weight of “shoulds” and live life on your terms.

“We have done lots of research over the past three years, and we have found that leaders who have the best coaching skills have better business results.” ~ Tanya Clemens, V.P. of Global Executive & Organizational Development at IBM

How long does a session last?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long. We also have 30, 90, and 120 minute sessions as well.

For first time clients of Discover Freedom, you will schedule a 15-minute kick-off call. Then after our initial session, you will have the opportunity to book your next time slot at your convenience.

How many sessions do I need?

If you've already coached with us, you might find that just 1-3 sessions are enough to meet your current needs.

For new clients, we recommend starting with a strategy call to help determine the best approach. Depending on your goals, a commitment of 6 months or even a year may be ideal!

Our most popular option is a pay-as-you-book program, but we also offer bundle pricing if you'd like to pay in advance and lock in a special rate.

How often do we meet?

That's totally up to you! We have some clients who meet weekly, whereas others prefer every month. Once you chat with your coach, you can determine what makes the most sense for you!

Where do we meet?

We have options to meet either in-person, via zoom with video (ability to record if you agree), or hop on a phone call. I will do my best to accommodate any request you have when given adequate notice.

What’s most important is that in our time together, we are both in a quiet, uninterrupted space (sorry, no Starbucks). Preferably, it is a private place where are you are comfortable, can let your guard down, and be fully-focused (no driving & coaching).

As a coach, are you going to tell me what to do?

I believe that you are whole, creative, & resourceful. With that in mind, I will not be your counselor or mentor. We will work together to help you locate the answers within that best serve you!

You will lead, and I will follow with questions. We may dig down deep or even reach sky high.

What I may do is challenge you. We may open doors you never knew existed. You may experience shifts in your mindset, in your language, and in your physical body.

What do I need to bring to a session?

Yourself + anything that you want to work on/towards or that may be bothering you

Is there homework?

There is no homework unless you’ve assigned yourself something and want me to help hold you accountable. And, guess what? If you don’t complete the homework, there’s no scolding. If it helps you though, we can go into why you didn’t complete it.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the session start time, the full session fee is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.

If you are able to provide at least a 48 hour notice prior to the scheduled session start time, you'll be provided a link to reschedule, and the prepayment will be applied to the new session.

In the extreme circumstance that your coach needs to cancel, any prepayment will be transferred to a new session at an agreed upon date/time in the future.

What happens if I miss my session?

If a session is missed, the session fee will be forfeited and unfortunately, it cannot be rescheduled.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and things do come up. However, we are fully committed to your growth, and we hope you can make every effort to be present for all scheduled sessions. Your time slot is reserved just for you, and we want to ensure that you receive the full benefit of our time together.

“I never cease to be amazed at the power of the coaching process to draw out the skills or talent that was previously hidden within an individual, and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable.” ~ John Russell, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd.
