Facilitated by Coach Brittany Blackman\, this one-hour virtual networking call allows passionate hospitality-minded people to join an interactive conversation around the industry\, work\, and what it’s like to live a servant-hearted life.\nOur Purpose & Intentions\n\n\n\nNow more than ever\, people are craving community — a place filled with like-minded individuals where there’s no judgment\, ideas can be shared freely\, and no question feels off-limits or too small to ask. We want to be intentional and clear about why we brought this group together and what we hope you experience by being part of it. This space was created to encourage honest conversations\, different perspectives\, meaningful connections\, and the kind of support that reminds you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone. A good community feels a little like pulling up a chair\, taking a deep breath\, and realizing\, “Oh good… these are my people.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur Community Culture\n\n\n\nWe’re not here to create a long list of rules or make this feel like a place where you need to walk on eggshells.
